RewardNest ("we", "us") provides a digital loyalty platform. This page is a plain-language summary maintained by the RewardNest team, not a legal opinion. Your business remains the data controller for its own customer records.

Information we collect

• Loyalty activity (purchases, star balances, redemptions, referrals).
• Basic usage analytics for reliability and product improvement.

How we use information

• To operate loyalty programs on behalf of the businesses you visit.
• To provide account access and communicate service updates.
• To detect and prevent misuse.

Sharing

Customer information is scoped to the business a customer joins. We do not sell personal data.

SMS notifications

Businesses may send loyalty and marketing SMS through their own messaging provider. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply to incoming and marketing messages. RewardNest does not charge for these messages, and you can ask the business to stop sending them at any time.

Responsibility for your data

The business you sign up with is the data controller and is responsible for your customer data. RewardNest processes it on their behalf, does not own or sell it, and accepts no liability for how a business uses it — see our Terms.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@rewardnest.app.

PIPEDA & US privacy

Canadian users are protected under PIPEDA. US residents have access to similar rights depending on their state (e.g. CPRA). Requests are handled within 30 days.
